The Centre for Byzantine, Ottoman and Modern Greek Studies is a leading research centre in Britain with a long and distinguished history in the area of Modern Greek Studies. Graduates of the Centre teach at Universities in the UK, Greece, U.S.A. and Australia or in other academic institutions across the world. The Centre also publishes the annual journal Byzantine and Modern Greek Studies and a series of English translations of Modern Greek writers. Library holdings in the area of Modern Greek language, literature and history are excellent.
