Princeton University: Modern Greek Language Lecturer, 2016-17

The Seeger Center for Hellenic Studies at Princeton University invites applications for a full-time or part-time lecturer position, academic year 2016-17, to teach courses in modern Greek language at the introductory and/or advanced levels.

Teaching load and would depend on enrollments. Some administrative duties may be added to the workload. The successful candidate must have graduate training and/or advanced degree in a relevant discipline or field, as well as demonstrated experience as a teacher of modern Greek as a second language at the college level. Candidates with comparative interests and a commitment to excellence in Modern Greek Studies are encouraged to apply. Expertise in proficiency-based teaching of the modern Greek language would be a useful asset for this position.
