Modern Greek position in San Francisco, USA

Applications are being accepted for an instructor’s position in Modern Greek Studies for the Fall 2008 or the Spring of 2009. We are seeking doctoral candidates or holders of a PhD who specialize in the teaching of Modern Greek language, literature and/or history to teach at least one course in these aforementioned areas in the Modern Greek Studies Program at San Francisco State University.
Degree requirements include an MA, ABD status or a PhD in Modern Greek Literature, Comparative Literature, Linguistics, ESL or Foreign-Language Pedagogy, History, and/or Cultural Studies.
